Synthesis, characterization and antimicrobial activity of nanochitosan and chitosan encapsulated zinc oxide nanoparticles against bacteria and fungus

چکیده
In recent years, Nanochitosan and chitosan encapsulated Zinc oxide nanoparticles have gained tremendous attention related to their unique properties such as exhibit antimicrobial properties. On that account, synthesis of nanochitosan zinc by ionotropic gelation method fascinating eco-friendly, biodegradability, biocompatibility, bioactivity, nontoxicity polycationic nature. Impact on biological functions depends its morphology, particle size, exposure time, concentration, pH, biocompatibility. They are more effective against microorganisms as, namely Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Klebsiella pneumoniae. this paper, nanochitosan, compare potential applications an agents were discussed. The been characterized Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) also examined. Â
